All patients and caregivers must have proof of Pennsylvania residency in the form of a Pennsylvania driver’s license or a Pennsylvania state issued ID card with their current address.

Yes, you can be a PA medical marijuana card holder and still own your firearms. No PA patient will be forced by the police to surrender firearms. PA law does not prohibit firearm possession for cannabis use, nor will you be in violation of you concealed carry permit. Certain cases can be an exception.
